We collect information from you when you place an order or subscribe to our mailing list.

What do we use it for?

The information we collect from you may be used in one or more of the following ways:

To personalise your experience

To better respond to your individual tastes and needs.

To improve our website and emails

We are always looking to improve our website, emails and newsletters, your information and feedback help us to do this.

To improve our service

Helping us to fine-tune what we do to meet your requests and needs.

To process orders

Your order information will not be sold or exchanged with any other separate company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the goods you’ve ordered (i.e. with our courier company).

To send our newsletter and other interesting emails

If you’ve subscribed to our mailing list, we’ll send you emails about the things you’ve said you’d like to hear about. You can opt out of this at any time, it’s quick and easy – there’s a link on every email we send.  We’ll never share, sell or exchange your information from the mailing list with any other companies.

How do we protect your information?

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information.

We use a secure server. All payment information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted when it’s sent to our payment provider’s database.  This is stored securely and only used to make payments.

Do we use cookies?

Yes.  Like many websites, Phoenix Bark uses cookies. These are small files stored on your hard drive, which contain information about your activity and preferences when visiting phoenixbark.com. Cookies don’t include personally identifiable information such as your name, address, email address or telephone number. They just allow us to understand how the website is used and to store information about your preferences, which allows us to customise the site according to your needs. They also allow us to keep track of items in your shopping cart for checkout.

If you wish to change the way your browser handles cookies you can do so through your settings. If you choose to disable cookies completely you will still be able to browse our site, however, you will not be able to purchase products through our online store.

We have a Meta (Facebook / Instragram) cookie on every page of our site, this is a requirement when we advertise with Meta. This tracks how people who arrive from an advert pass through the website, to help better tune our budgets to be more successful in making as many dogs healthy & happy as we are able to! 🙂

Do we disclose any information to outside parties?

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website and stock processing systems, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect our or others rights, property, or safety.

Third party links

Occasionally, at our discretion, we may include or offer third party products or services on our website. These external sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these. We do care about what we suggest you look at outside our website though, so if you’ve anything you’d like to say, please let us know.
