The Next Chapter…

Executive Summary
August, 2022

Our fresh, healthy dog food subscription service in first.  We use only free-range and wild, Irish meat – all of our food is prepared, cooked and dispatched from Ireland.  Since we launched in 2019, we have delivered over 1/4 million individually (and sustainably!) wrapped packs to our customers across the island;  we’ve also successfully trialled shipments to Britain and are now ready to launch there too.

We have made a lot of dogs happy & healthy.  We cultivate lifetime customer relationships, with a service centred on dog health.   Awareness of canine nutrition is rapidly growing. Sustainability and animal welfare are increasingly important buying criteria.  Our business offering is unique, hard to emulate and well-postured to grow into an emerging space in the market for overall dog health & wellbeing.

We have modelled all aspects of growth during a structured, controlled soft-launch stage.  With investment, we can next follow a carefully-planned roadmap that safely enables expansion and consolidates our USPs.  We’re clear in what we are doing next.  However, we are also open-minded and pragmatic (we’ve needed to be!) and always welcome fresh ideas and input – we’d never have broken the mould otherwise 🙂

So, we’re all set – as founders, but also our team of ten absolutely superb staff.  Their hard work and loyalty have helped us arrive at this wonderful stage.

We’re now seeking €250,000 (£215,000) to grow our 380 customer-base up to 2,000 by Q1 2023.

With a series of further funding rounds, we aim to then grow to 25,000 by the end of 2026.

We’d love to share our pitch deck (30 mins presenting, 30 mins Q&A) and discuss joining us at this exciting point in our journey!
